These terms and conditions are additional to the full terms and conditions contained in Scenic Eclipse Worldwide Discovery Voyages 2023-2024 brochure and on scenic.com.au/terms. All bookings are subject to Scenic’s full terms and conditions. This offer is supplementary to the brochure. Operation of the itinerary is subject to the lifting of current travel and operational restrictions. Prices are in Australian Dollars. Please note a fuel surcharge may be applicable at the time of booking. Save up to 20% on 2023/24 Worldwide Discovery Voyages

Super Earlybird offer of up to 20% saving is based on a combination of the 10% Earlybird Fare offer and up to 10% Pay In Full offer and is valid for new bookings until sold out. Super Earlybird offers are based on per person, twin share in AUD. All offers are valid for travel from 2023 to 2024, strictly limited, available on select departure dates and suites, not combinable with other offers and subject to availability until sold out. A non-refundable deposit of 10% is due within 7 days of booking. Super Earlybird offers are available on all cabins, excluding categories D, GP, P and OP. Super Earlybird offers are for new bookings only and not available for bookings using a Future Travel Credit (FTC) Voucher. Full payment is due 12 months prior to departure for Super Earlybird Offers. If Super Earlybird is available for booking within 12 months of departure, full payment is due within 7 days. Once sold out or if full payment is not received the best available offer will apply.

Save up to 10% on 2023/24 Worldwide Discovery Voyages# 
Up to 10% Pay In Full offer is valid for new bookings until sold out. Pay In Full offer is based on per person, twin share in AUD. All offers are valid for travel from 2023 to 2024. A non-refundable deposit of 10% is due within 7 days of booking. Pay in Full offers are available on all cabins. Pay In Full offer is for new bookings only and not available for bookings using a Future Travel Credit (FTC) Voucher. Full payment is due 12 months prior to departure for Pay In Full offer. If Pay In Full offer is available for booking within 12 months of departure, full payment is due within 7 days. Once sold out or if full payment is not received the best available offer will apply.

2023/2024 Economy flights included up to the value of $1,500 
Economy Flights Included offer is based on departures from selected ports within Australia and are subject to availability. Offers are with an airline and in a particular class of Our choice. If that airline and/or class is not available a surcharge may apply. We reserve the right to use an alternative airline of Our choice. Flights must be booked by Scenic. Scenic reserves the right to ticket flights on receipt of full deposit. All airfare deals are subject to availability and scheduled for travel to meet the brochured cruise departure dates. Any requests outside of the tour dates may incur seasonal surcharges as enforced by the airline. Economy Class Flights Included offer is up to the airfare value of $1,500 per person and is available on selected Antarctica departures and is subject to availability. Offer is combinable with Earlybird Fare, Super Earlybird Fare. If the required airfare is greater than $1,500 air surcharges will apply. Offer available until sold out or withdrawn. Strictly limited suites available on set departures and subject to availability. 

## 2023 Air Credit offer:  Flights can be booked via Scenic or booked independently. Not combinable with any other offer. Maximum of one air credit per person per booking. Air Credit offer up to the value of $2,000pp is applicable on select 2023 voyages and is combinable with Super Earlybird or Earlybird offer. Air Credit plus 10% or 20% Earlybird offers and saving is based on per person, twin share in AUD, are strictly limited and subject to availability for new bookings until 31 July 2022. A non-refundable deposit of 10% is due within 7 days of booking. Air Credit offers are for new bookings only and not available for bookings using a Future Travel Credit (FTC) Voucher. Once sold out or if full payment is not received, the standard Fare will apply.

†Platinum Protection Plan 
The Platinum Protection Plan (“PPP”) is available for new ocean cruising bookings for travel after 1 January 2022 for Scenic Cruises (“Eligible Booking”). The PPP must be purchased together with the Eligible Booking at time such booking is made and may not be added at a later date. The PPP is not available on Russian cruises, Russian cruise tours, Amazon and Galapagos cruises or land tours and the PPP is also not available to new bookings using a Future Travel Credit. If you have purchased the PPP with an Eligible Booking, and your Eligible Booking is cancelled due to a one or more Prescribed Reasons, any time on or before 31 days prior to your prior to the date your journey commences with Us, including flight arrangements, we will refund the cost of your Eligible Booking, less the PPP Fee, airline cancellation fees, if any and travel agent administration fees; or if cancellation occurs at any time on or after 30 days but no later than 15 days prior to your prior to the date your journey commences with Us, including flight arrangements due to one or more Prescribed Reasons, we will refund 70% of the cost of your Eligible Booking, after deducting the PPP Fee and travel agent administration fees. If you have booked a cruise with an applicable Fly Deal or other Earlybird Offer, any airline cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund amount if flights have been ticketed. The PPP is not an insurance policy and does not, nor is it intended to, replace any travel insurance or cancellation and interruption insurance.
